Bad Dog Cast

Sarah Gavitt SARAH GAVITT (Sylvie) has been seen on stages in Chicago, New York, Kentucky and Iowa where she’s performed in such diverse works as The Medieval Cycle Plays, Keely and Du, Arcadia and Mileep & the Attack of the Jelly Bean People. Her play Grave, which she directed as part of American Globe/Turnip Theatre’s 15-minute Play Festival, will be published by Smith & Kraus in Spring 2007. Most recently, she performed in Animal Farm, with Lasting Impression Productions. Many thanks to Theater Forum, CFAN and the cast and crew of BAD DOG.
Annette Guarrasi ANNETTE GUARRASI (Laurel). Annette studied Shakespeare at The American Globe Theatre in NY & The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art’s summer program in London. Favorite roles include The Nurse in Romeo & Juliet, Tribal! at La Mama, E.T.C., Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest at The Producer’s Club, Bianca in Othello with the Hudson Shakespeare Company, and Saint Arlecchino, in the NY International Theatre Festival at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. Annette also writes and performs solo comedy pieces throughout the city as part of her show, Never Show the Ugly. She is grateful for the opportunity to originate the role of Laurel in Rebecca’s fabulous play. Randy Harmon RANDY HARMON (Hank), Randy is very proud to be a part of the amazing cast of BAD DOG. He began his acting career in California where he studied at San Diego Mesa College with Art Noll and Milton Woodruff. He also trained at San Diego’s Old Globe Theatre (San Diego) and A.C.T. (SanFrancisco). Highlights include meeting and working with playwright Edward Albee and studying with George Morrison and Mike Nichols at The New Actor’s Workshop in New York. Randy has been working in television, film and on stage while in New York. Switching to first person: I just want to thank all my family and friends for their unyielding love and support. You’re the best!
Tarek Khan TAREK KHAN (Uri). This is Tarek’s first appearance with Theater Forum. Evan O'Brien EVAN O’BRIEN (Bruno). First performing on a kitchen table wearing ‘the pajamas with feet’, Evan began his performance career early - performing in over sixty commercials, voiceovers, and films, all told, before he finished middle school. While earning his degree in English and Creative Writing at Boston’s Northeastern University, Evan found success writing and performing his own work in and around Boston’s poetry scene. Following university Evan was cast as Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest in Stamford, Connecticut. Since moving to New York City Evan has performed with The Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater, The Gene Frankel Theater, and most recently Theater Forum. Following the New Year, Evan will be performing with the Deena Levy Theater Studio off-Broadway.
